How to do a Walking Lunge with Anick Fontaine
In this video, I show you how to perfect a Walking Lunge. The Walking Lunge targets the gluteal, quadriceps, and hamstring muscles in particular. Since the body is in motion and the stabilizing muscles are involved, this is one of the best lunge variations for working the adductors. We recommend incorporating this exercise into your leg workouts.
❗️DON'T FORGET❗️
- Keep your feet shoulder-width apart
- Do not extend beyond the toes of the knee
- Concentrate weight on the front leg
- Move your hips back on the way down
