How to do a Sumo Squat with Anick Fontaine

In this video, I show you how to perfect a Sumo Squat. The Sumo Squat targets the quadriceps, hamstrings, gluteal muscles, adductors, calves, and hip flexors. We recommend incorporating this exercise into sessions for the buttocks and legs.

 

❗️DON'T FORGET❗️

- Put the weight between the legs 

- Legs shoulder-width apart, then take a step to either side 

- Open feet 

- Move buttocks back on descent 

- Slow, controlled movements
