How to do a Single Leg Deadlift with Anick Fontaine
In this video, I show you how to perfect a Single Leg Deadlift, also known as a weighted arabesque deadlift. The Single Leg Deadlift has the same benefits as the regular deadlift. That is, strengthening the glutes and hamstrings, as well as helping to strengthen the back and abs. What's more, since it's performed with one leg, it works on stability and stimulates leg and core muscles. We recommend incorporating this exercise into your leg workouts.
