How to do a Seated Dumbbell Lateral Raise with Anick Fontaine

In this video, I show you how to perfect a Seated Dumbbell Lateral Raise. The Seated Dumbbell Lateral Raise is an excellent isolation exercise for the medial part (lateral deltoid) of the shoulder, which can sometimes be difficult to reach. We recommend incorporating this exercise into your shoulder workouts.

- Lift the shoulders sideways 

- Lift with your elbows 

- Stop at shoulder level
