How to do a Plank with Anick Fontaine
In this video, I show you how to perfect The Plank, also known as the abdominal plank. Although the weight of the body rests on the arms and toes, most of the work of the plank is performed by the core. In particular, the rectus abdominis, obliques, and transversus abdominis are called upon. We recommend incorporating this exercise into your ab workouts.
