In this video, I show you how to perfect a Mountain Climber. Since the Mountain Climber is a compound exercise involving multiple muscle groups throughout the body, it simultaneously strengthens the arms, back, shoulders, core, and legs. In addition, this exercise increases the heart rate, which helps burn more calories. We recommend incorporating this exercise into any workout.

- Hands shoulder-width apart 

- Keep buttocks up 

- Bring knee to elbow 

- Alternate knees while jumping
