How to do a Kettlebell Russian Twist with Anick Fontaine

In this video, I show you how to perfect a Kettlebell Russian Twist, also known as Russian rotations with kettlebells or Russian Twist with Kettlebell. The Kettlebell Russian Twist mainly works the abdominal muscles, notably the rectus abdominis, transversus abdominis, and obliques. It also works the hip flexor muscles and contributes to torso stability. We recommend incorporating this exercise into your ab workout.
