In this video, I show you how to perfect a Kettlebell/Dumbbell Split Squat on the Box, also known as a kettlebell/dumbbell split squat or Bulgarian Split Squat. The main muscles involved in the Kettlebell/Dumbbell Split Squat on the Box are the quadriceps, glutes, and adductors (inner thigh muscles). Secondary muscles are the abdominals, hamstrings, and calves. We recommend incorporating this exercise into your leg workouts.
