In this video, I show you how to perfect a Kettlebell Deadlift, also known as a Deadlift with Kettlebell. The Kettlebell Deadlift is one of the best exercises for strengthening the glutes, hamstrings, quadriceps, and other muscles of the lower and upper body. We recommend incorporating this exercise into your leg and back workouts.

- Feet shoulder-width apart
- Push buttocks back to reach the kettlebell
- Do not bring your knees forward
- Do not round the back
- Chest out
- Slow, controlled movements
